Purbrook Park School PTFA Summer Fair 2026

We will be holding a traditional Summer Fair on Saturday 4th July 2026 from 11.00am until 3.00pm on the school Quad. Everyone is welcome!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Please let us know if you can help in any way in any of the following ways:

• Donations of Raffle prizes, and/or approaching local businesses for donations

• Help in any way in the lead up or on the actual day of the Summer Fair.

• We need support from pupils, parents, relatives and friends in order to run this event. This could simply be an hour on the day, or help to set up stalls or putting away.

• Can you help us and display an agent’s board at your property to advertise our event to the local community? This can be parents, extended family, friends or associates, in fact anyone who is willing to help. All we need from you is your commitment to display the board in the run-up to the Summer Fair. Thank you to Bernards Estate Agents, who are generously supporting this and supplying the boards.

• We are kindly requesting donations of bottles and jars for our Bottle Tombola, sweets for our sweet tombola and good-condition Toys and Games for the children's tombola. Pupils will be awarded Praise points for donations.
