Galileo House

Courage • Compassion • Commitment
In Galileo House, we take inspiration from Galileo Galilei’s questioning approach and commitment to observation and experimentation. His investigations challenged established ideas and helped people see the world—and the skies above them—in new ways.
We carry this spirit into school life by being thoughtful, open-minded and willing to look beyond our first impressions. We show courage by embracing unfamiliar challenges, asking questions and expressing our views respectfully. We show commitment by working hard, considering evidence and continuing when learning becomes difficult.
Alongside these ambitions, compassion shapes how we treat one another. We build a welcoming community where everyone belongs, support those who are struggling and celebrate success together. We enjoy healthy competition while remembering that how we participate matters as much as the result.
Together, we broaden our horizons and help each other succeed.
