We have four Houses at Purbrook Park School. Our tutor groups are one of 'ten tutor groups' in each house. Throughout the year pupils can gain house points for each house that will result in rewards for the House Members. Lots of exciting, fun and competitive activities will be arranged by House Committees throughout the Year.

Each tutor group will have two representatives on the House Committee and some of these will also be part of the 'Pupil Parliament'.

Each House will be raising money for a particular charity throughout the year.

If pupils have any ideas for thier house or wish to get involved in fundraising or fun activities then they can speak to thier 'Heads of House' - we would love to hear from pupils. Additionally the house system will give many pupils leadership opportunities.

Throughout the first term each House will be building an identity by creating mottos, emblems and choosing a charity to adopt. There will be a variety of team building activities in the first term that we hope pupils will get involved in and really enjoy.

We would like pupils to contribute, enjoy and celebrate the successes of thier House.

Here's looking forward to a fantastic year ahead!

'Pupil Parliament' will be made up from representatives from each of the 4 Houses and will become the 'Pupil Voice' of the school. Watch this space!
